We love smoked salmon as much as our members!
Each year we have many of our fish made into smoked salmon, pepper-smoked salmon, candied salmon, and lox. After each pick-up date, whatever fresh fish remains is processed into these products as well as vacuum-packed fillets and stored in our freezers for pick-up throughout the season.
These products will be made availlable to our members, either as part of their shares, or for purchase at member rates.
