Fish for Sale

After our members have received their shares and purchased any additional fish at member rates we sell our fish privately and at Farmer’s Markets.

Currently we have a good supply of ocean run Sockeye Salmon both filleted and whole dressed fish.  We also have  Sliced Sockeye Salmon Lox and Canned Smoked Sockeye Salmon.

We believe our Lox to be on par with the best in the world as, unlike most producers,  we use only top quality ocean run salmon for smoking!

Currently our whole  sushi grade sockeye salmon is priced a $8 per pound.    This is Nass  and Skeean River Sockeye, reputed to be among the very best tasting in the world! Our fillets and other products reflect our base price and our processing costs. Salmon Candy is presently $10 per 1/2 pound package,  and Smoked Salmon is $9.50.
